My NEO Group has developed NEO X, a Super App that integrates a variety of services, including fintech and crypto services, as well as commonly used apps for online shopping and communication. This Super App is the first of its kind in the market.

To manage the development, ownership and decision-making process of NEO X, the company transferred it to a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) called NEO DAO.

A DAO is a type of organization that is run through code rather than by a group of individuals. The rules and decision-making processes of a DAO are encoded into smart contracts on a blockchain, and the organization is controlled by its members through a consensus mechanism.

Therefore, NEO DAO is the organization that now owns NEO X and is in charge of its development and management, including decision making and ownership. This allows for a more democratic and transparent process for managing and developing the Super App and ensures that the community that uses it has a say in its direction and evolution.
